Each holiday flat is equipped with two or three TVs, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave with baking function. From your spacious balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding region and the mountains.

In addition, there is space for your skiing equipment, bicycles and other sports equipment. Free parking spaces are sufficiently available.

In addition we offer you:

Bed linen and towels (included in the price)
Cot, high chair, toys, changing mat, which we will provide free of charge if required.
In winter, free ski bus directly in front of our farm entrance (several times a day to the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn).
Spacious garden with comfortable seating, sun loungers, barbecue area, pedal tractors, swing and sandpit
Homemade organic products such as butter, yoghurt, cheese and bacon (seasonal)
fresh eggs and milk from our farm
Welcome schnapps and of course the hospitality of the Maria & Hans Hutter family 🙂
